Oh. My. Quads! (How To Minimize Post Workout Muscle Soreness)

Going to the bathroom shouldn’t hurt this bad, I thought as I struggled to stand.

No, I don’t  have a GI issue.  I did a leg workout.  Now, any squatting type movement feels like Edward Scissorhands is my personal massage therapist.

You’ve felt this way too, haven’t you? You overdo the workout just a bit and you wonder why anyone would take the stairs when escalators exist.

Soreness and working out go together like Salt & Pepa.   But your decision to “push it” (push it real good) doesn’t have to lead to an audition as an extra in the Walking Dead.

BCAA’s (Branch Chained Amino Acids) are essential amino acids the body can’t make on its own.  They aid in muscle growth and recovery and in the reduction of post workout soreness.

BCAA’s have to be supplied by your diet.  Without eating foods like beef, chicken, salmon or a high quality whey protein like our BUILD, it’s possible you are as lacking in BCAA’s as the other zombies at the tryout.

Our BCAA supplement,  RESTORE, provides you with all the essential amino acids you need in one simple scoop.  The great tasting grape flavor will have you screaming “Hey Kool-Aid” as you wash down your workout with the perfect post workout drink.

Try RESTORE today and cancel your audition.
